Returns and Exchanges

Legal return period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including any standard shipping costs. The return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Return conditions:

• The item must be undamaged and unused.
• If possible, return it in the original packaging.
• Always include a copy of the invoice or packing slip.

Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item? That’s possible within the 14-day return period. Please contact us first.
Shipping costs for returning and resending items are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions:
The following items cannot be returned:

• Products made to order or custom-made.
• Products that have been damaged due to careless or improper use.
• Sealed items that have been opened.
