2. Applicability
These terms apply to all orders placed via our webshop.

3. Products and delivery
We sell standard physical products.
Orders are shipped within 3 business days via PostNL.
Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are including VAT.
We accept payment via iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

5. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. You then have 14 more days to return the product.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

6. Warranty
All products are covered by the legal warranty: a product must do what you can reasonably expect of it.

7. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to mail@loket.shop. We respond within 14 days.
